National Center for Policing Innovation Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: July 1, 2024

National Center for Policing Innovation is committed to providing a website that is accessible to everyone

To further this commitment, we are using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA, which provides standards for making web content more accessible for all visitors, including people with disabilities.

Continuous Monitoring of Content

In the interest of staying ahead of emerging technology, the National Center for Policing Innovation website is tested regularly with the latest software and methodologies to maintain accessible content for all. Specifically, the NCPI website is tested with assistive technology including screen reader software, alternative input (keyboard only) functionality, color contrast analyzers and magnification software.  In addition to accessibility compatibility testing, the NCPI website is also tested for usability. It is our goal to not only meet the minimum accessibility standards, but to exceed them by ensuring that the website is also usable. We are committed to addressing any issues that may arise while accessing our digital content and will readily provide assistance as needed if immediate solutions are not available.
