Instructional Design Matters
NCPI has the capacity, experience, and resources necessary to provide full-service design and production of interactive, technology-enhanced educational content, using its curriculum design and development methodology.
Our instructional design and development services are part of a multi-phase process, beginning with content review and research, and culminating with production and launch.
Multiple Modalities for Maximum Flexibility
NCPI creates custom educational content that can be delivered in a variety of ways to meet the unique needs of our partners.
Most of our work incorporates multiple modalities to create an interactive, immersive blended-learning approach that is ideal for adult learners.
Examples of modalities incorporated into NCPI educational content development and delivery:
- In-person learning
- Remote/in-person learning
- Self-paced eLearning
- Microlearning
- Simulations
- Scenario-based learning
- Video learning
- PDF publications and guides
Audio & Visual Production
Our public safety partners can’t afford to have educational messages miss the mark.
Instructional videos, incorporated into learning products, are an effective means of sharing interviews with subject-matter experts, and original scenario-based videos can allow participants to assess their learning in an interactive way.
In addition, agencies of all sizes turn to NCPI for help in creating video and audio content that keeps their audiences engaged—from supplementary videos for in-house training delivery, to radio PSAs for victims of violent crime, advertisements for national awareness campaigns, and beyond.
Here are a few examples of videos we produced for various projects:
